These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the applicant ("Applicant") and Steven's Bay Area Diesel Service, Inc. ("Employer"), located at 480 Littlefield Avenue, South San Francisco, California, 94080. By completing this online employment application with Steven's Bay Area Diesel Service, Inc., Applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Employment/Applicant Relationship:
a. Upon hiring, Employee agrees to perform the duties assigned by the Employer to the best of their abilities and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
b. Employment with Steven's Bay Area Diesel Service, Inc. is at-will, meaning that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

3. Confidentiality:
a. All information submitted by the Applicant in the online application form will be kept strictly confidential and secure. Such information may include, but is not limited to, personal details, educational background, employment history, and references.

If hired, Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of employment with Steven's Bay Area Diesel Service, Inc., including but not limited to trade secrets, customer information, business strategies, and proprietary technology, to any third party without prior written authorization from the Employer.
4. California Employment Law Compliance:
a. If hired, Employee agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing employment in the state of California, including but not limited to laws related to wages, hours, overtime, meal and rest breaks, anti-discrimination, harassment, and workplace safety.
5. Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid, binding, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by San Mateo County and California law.
6. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Employee and Steven's Bay Area Diesel Service, Inc. regarding the terms and conditions of employment and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
By accepting employment with Steven's Bay Area Diesel Service, Inc., Employee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
